Ann Coulter: God plotting Christopher Hitchens' death.
On the recent diagnosis of esophageal cancer in Christopher Hitchens, Kenney's Border-Services-Politically-Approved Ann Coulter, darling of the the Canadian right, had this to say about God's punishment of Hitchens:
"We're [religious people] not plotting his destruction, but the Creator is, and that makes me laugh. "
Coulter's demonstration of Christian charity can be seen here:

Who cares? Jackass calls out other jackass'ses's death - says god did it. Hitchens says god doesn't exist. Impasse discovered.

Perhaps, yet the demise of a highly-referenced ideologue providing chop-logic for US slaughter and imperialism is of note.
People promoting shitty policies die by the thousands every day.
The only thing that is 'of note' on this one is that he wrote for Vanity Fair.
Mind you, I do enjoy his 'Trial of Henry Kissinger' book/documentary.

...
His Vanity Fair column was not central to his incessant polemics, nor for his direct role in pushing for the Iraq war with his pal Wolfowitz at the White House
I have news for Coulter: God is plotting her demise as well.
Though some of us would just ascribe both passings to natural laws.
Sure, Hitchens was a very heavy smoker, and at least until illness a very heavy drinker. Neither helps in terms of risk of that particular malady, but every single one of us will die. Like duh.
